Does Data Hub Pro include data export?

Export credits are purchased separately.

Active Data Hub Pro subscribers can purchase credits and export filtered listings directly from the database to CSV or Excel. One credit exports one listing. Export credits are not included in the monthly subscription.
A free five-listing sample with hidden contact details is available to preview the file.

Can I send emails from the platform?

No, the platform does not provide any email sending or messaging functionality.

Can I cancel my subscription and get a refund?

You can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds are not available.

Once access is granted, all data on the platform becomes fully visible. Because of this, refunds are not possible, as the service and data access have already been provided.
