It is horrible! My boyfriend ordered me flowers to be delivered between 6-9 pm, I had to wait for them til 00 00 am! And thy still did not arrive, they called me once and told me it lol be delivered in 40 minutes , but driver was late , I could not wait anymore and canceled the order for my bf and asked to refund money. I hope at least this they can do... I had an argument with my boyfriend because of that ( cause he told me that he ordered a surprise for me and I was waiting for that whole evening like a stupid one!) I argued cause he did not control and call them and then these stupid company could not even deliver them after I talked to them. Results: argument with bf, no flowers delivered, waste of my evening , horrible mood and no sure if he gets his money back! Ужасно! Никогда не заказывайте у них! Опоздают на 4 часа и привезут в 1 ночи вместо 6 вечера! Водители не знают город, операторы или кто там не передают свои заказы и забывают о доставках , надеюсь смогут вернуть деньги, или может тоже за них делать надо! Вечер испорчен, с парнем поругалась, на работу не высплюсь, потому что, как дура, ждала сюрприза. И настроение ужасное ! Отличный сервис! Что сказать! Потеряли потенциального постоянного и щедрого клиента, поверьте. Мой парень всегда мне присылает цветы одной компанией , если она ему и мне нравится! В казахстан еще не выслал мне, первый ( последний с этой компаний) опыт.
